Terms of Use, Conditions & Anti-Piracy

Your CPL+ membership shall continue until terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

To use CPL+, you must have internet access, a compatible Device, and, where applicable, one or more valid Payment Methods.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority under Applicable Law, to create an Account or purchase a Subscription. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for such use.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information submitted by you is true, accurate, complete, and current, and that you shall promptly update such information as necessary.

Unless otherwise expressly permitted by the CPL, each User may maintain only one (1) personal Account. The creation or use of multiple Accounts to evade fees, restrictions, suspensions, or other Platform controls is prohibited.

The CPL reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, to refuse registration, reject any membership application, or suspend or terminate an Account where eligibility requirements are not met or where this Agreement has been breached.

CPL+ may offer one or more subscription plans, event-based access products, promotional packages, or bundled services from time to time.

Subscription plans may differ in price, duration, content availability, stream limits, supported Devices, territorial scope, and other conditions. Such conditions shall be disclosed at sign-up or through the applicable account page.

The CPL may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan, feature, or offering at its discretion, provided that material adverse changes to a paid Subscription shall be notified in advance in accordance with Clause 4.6.

The CPL may, from time to time, offer promotional subscriptions, discounted access, incentives, trials, or other special offers (collectively, “Offers”).

Eligibility for any Offer shall be determined by the CPL in its sole discretion. The CPL reserves the right to revoke, withdraw, suspend, or refuse any Offer where it reasonably determines that a User is not eligible or has attempted to abuse the Offer.

Offer-specific terms, conditions, limitations, duration, and redemption requirements shall be disclosed at the time of the Offer or through related communications.

Billing Cycle. Subscription fees and any other applicable charges, including taxes, levies, transaction fees, or other governmental charges, shall be charged to your Payment Method on the billing date associated with your Account. The billing cycle may vary depending on the plan selected.

Payment Authorization. By subscribing, you authorize the CPL to charge the applicable subscription fee (PPV or Season Pass) and all related charges to your designated Payment Method at the beginning of each billing cycle and upon each renewal, unless and until your Subscription is cancelled.

Alternative Payment Methods. If your primary Payment Method is declined, expires, is invalid, or otherwise fails, you authorize the CPL to charge any other Payment Method associated with your Account. You remain liable for all uncollected amounts.

Payment Failure. If a payment cannot be successfully processed for any reason, including expiration, insufficient funds, or refusal by the issuer, the CPL may suspend or restrict your access to CPL+ until payment is successfully received.

Updating Payment Information. You may update your Payment Method through the applicable account settings. The CPL may also update payment information using data lawfully provided by payment processors or financial service providers.

Price and Plan Changes. The CPL may change subscription fees, plan structures, or plan inclusions from time to time. Where such changes materially affect an existing paid Subscription, the CPL shall provide not less than thirty (30) days' prior notice before such change takes effect. If you do not consent to the change, you must cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect.

Cancellation by User. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings or such other cancellation process as the CPL may designate. Unless otherwise required by Applicable Law, cancellation shall take effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period, and no further renewal charges shall be applied after such period.

No Refunds. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-creditable. No refunds or credits shall be provided for partial billing periods, partially used subscriptions, unused Content, commenced PPV events, or suspension or termination for breach.

Limited Refund Exceptions. The CPL may, in its sole discretion, consider a refund or credit only where: (a) A verified duplicate charge has occurred; or (b) A material Platform-side technical failure directly prevented access to a live paid event for a continuous period exceeding thirty (30) minutes.

Refund Requests. Any request for refund consideration must be submitted in writing to info@cpl-cambodia.com within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant charge or event.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the CPL grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use CPL+ and view Content solely for your personal, private, and non-commercial use.

Except as expressly permitted under your Subscription plan, Content may not be shared with persons outside your Household.

The number of simultaneous streams, profiles, Devices, or downloads permitted on an Account shall be governed by the applicable Subscription plan.

Access to certain Content may vary by territory, Device type, technical capability, or rights availability. The CPL does not warrant that all Content will be available in all territories, at all times, or on all Devices.

Content availability may be modified, removed, interrupted, rescheduled, delayed, blacked out, replaced, or restricted for legal, editorial, licensing, technical, operational, integrity, or commercial reasons.

The User is solely responsible for all internet access charges, mobile data charges, device costs, electricity charges, and other third-party costs associated with use of the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials and for all activities occurring through your Account.

You shall maintain accurate and current account information, including a valid email address and other contact details necessary for the CPL to send account-related notices.

You shall not disclose your password or payment details to any unauthorized person. You shall promptly notify the CPL of any suspected unauthorized access, security breach, fraud, or misuse involving your Account.

The CPL may suspend, place on hold, or terminate your Account where reasonably necessary to protect the User, the Platform, the CPL, or third parties from fraud, identity theft, security threats, or unauthorized access.

You shall not, directly or indirectly:

Any breach of this Clause constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate suspension or termination, without prejudice to any other legal or equitable remedy available to the CPL.

All right, title, and interest in and to CPL+, the Platform, the Content, and all associated materials, including trademarks, logos, service marks, graphics, text, interfaces, designs, software, audiovisual works, match footage, statistics, and metadata, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the CPL and/or its licensors.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers to you any ownership right, title, or interest in any intellectual property rights of the CPL or any third party.

All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by the CPL.

Where the Platform permits the submission of reviews, comments, feedback, or other user-generated material, you grant the CPL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute such material for the operation, promotion, improvement, and protection of CPL+.

The collection, use, storage, disclosure, retention, and other processing of personal data in connection with CPL+ shall be governed by the CPL+ Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By using CPL+, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for purposes including account administration, service delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, technical support, analytics, regulatory compliance, and, where legally permissible or consented to, marketing and promotional communications.

The CPL may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for analytics, reporting, service improvement, commercial insight, and sponsor reporting, provided such data does not identify you personally.

The CPL shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide CPL+ continuously, subject to maintenance, updates, technical limitations, rights restrictions, and events beyond its reasonable control.

The Platform and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The CPL does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Streaming quality may vary depending on internet bandwidth, Device capabilities, network congestion, geographic location, and other factors outside the CPL's control.

The CPL may deploy updates, patches, upgrades, interface changes, or software modifications automatically or otherwise as part of operating the Platform.

The CPL may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account or access to the Platform immediately, with or without notice, if:

Suspension or termination under this Clause shall be without prejudice to any accrued rights, claims, remedies, or causes of action of the CPL.

Where you believe suspension or termination was made in error, you may submit a written appeal to info@cpl-cambodia.com within fourteen (14) days of notice of such action.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, CPL+, the Platform, and all Content are provided without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, availability, accuracy, compatibility, or non-infringement.

The CPL does not warrant that any particular match, event, feature, stream, replay, or category of Content will be continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the CPL and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity, or anticipated savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the total aggregate liability of the CPL shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to CPL+ during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Applicable Law.
