Getting Started
What is CPL+?
CPL+ is the official digital streaming platform of the Cambodian Premier League. Watch live matches, replays, highlights, and exclusive content from the CPL.
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign In" and authenticate through KOOMPI SSO. Your account is created automatically upon first login.
What devices can I use to watch?
CPL+ works on any device with a modern web browser — smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, and smart TVs.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 2 Mbps for standard quality (480p), 5 Mbps for HD (720p), and 8 Mbps for Full HD (1080p). The player automatically adjusts quality based on your connection.
Subscriptions & Payment
What plans are available?
We offer Season Passes for full season access and Pay-Per-View (PPV) for individual matches or events. Available plans and pricing are shown on each event page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through ABA, Wing, and ACLEDA via our secure Baray payment gateway. All transactions are processed in Khmer Riel (KHR).
Can I get a refund?
All fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for verified duplicate charges or if a major platform-side technical failure prevented access for 30+ minutes. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days to info@cpl-cambodia.com.
What is a Season Pass?
A Season Pass gives you access to all matches in a CPL season. It’s a one-time purchase that covers the entire season — the more matches, the better the value per match.
Watching Content
Can I watch replays after a match ends?
Yes. After a live stream ends, recordings are automatically available on the watch page. You can switch between the live view and recordings using the tabs.
How many devices can I stream on simultaneously?
Device limits depend on your subscription plan. Typically, you can watch on one device at a time per purchase. Attempting to stream on additional devices may result in your session being paused.
Why is the stream quality low?
Stream quality adapts automatically to your internet speed. If quality is consistently low, try: checking your internet connection, closing other bandwidth-heavy apps, or moving closer to your Wi-Fi router.
Can I share my account?
Your account is for personal use within your household. Sharing credentials outside your household is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Account & Security
How do I update my profile?
Go to your profile page by clicking your avatar in the top navigation bar, then select "Profile" to update your information.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Since CPL+ uses KOOMPI SSO for authentication, password recovery is handled through your KOOMPI account. Visit the KOOMPI login page and use the password reset option.
My account was suspended. What happened?
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, payment issues, or suspicious activity. If you believe this was an error, contact info@cpl-cambodia.com within 14 days to appeal.
Content Protection
Why do I see a watermark on the stream?
CPL+ uses forensic watermarking to protect content from piracy. The watermark is unique to your session and helps us trace unauthorized redistribution.
Can I screen record or re-stream content?
No. Recording, re-streaming, or redistributing CPL+ content in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
How do I report piracy?
If you discover unauthorized streams or copies of CPL+ content, please report it to info@cpl-cambodia.com. Your report helps protect the league and its stakeholders.
